|The following topics were submitted by homeowners for consideration at the Annual Association meetings.|
1. Request for status of the 2nd pool i.e. design, location, schedule, and estimated financial impact on the homeowners. And request that homeowners get to vote yes or no on the pool, by association, before it is committed.
Status - Per the Developer, the plans for a 2nd pool are on hold. If the status changes, the homeowners will be notified.
2. Request for status of the car wash facility i.e. design, location, schedule, and estimated financial impact on the homeowners. And request that homeowners get to vote yes or no on the car wash facility, by association, before it is committed.
Status - Per the Developer, environmental issues have ruled out consideration for providing a car wash facility.
3. Request for downward facing condominium and apartment security lighting on the backs of the buildings that face into the community park to light the areas immediately adjacent to the buildings.
Status - Nick Condorousis, the Project Manager, will get an estimate for the cost of this upgrade. However, the Developer is in no way committed or obligated to make this upgrade.
4. Request for short sidewalk segments connecting to Green Cay Blvd such that people with baby carriages, strollers, etc. do not have to wheel across grass to get to the Clubhouse or to cross the street along Old Farm Trail.
Status - The Developer will add the requested short sidewalk segments. As to the time frame, it may 4 to 6 weeks before the pouring takes place. But it will be done.
