Committees are being setup to provide homeowners with an opportunity to get involved with community government.
Two main committees are planned.
1) Budget Committee - this committee will be involved in shaping the budget, determining levels of service, reviewing bids and the like.
2) Building and Grounds Committee – this committee will focus on the physical functioning and appearance of our community.
In addition, committees to review the cable TV contract and the condominium parking lot space assignments and numbering are being formed. Two other committees being considered for the future are an Insurance Committee and a Quality of Life Committee.
