3/31/2009 - Emily Smith Appointed Director on GCV Boards

Emily Smith Freifeld, the Developer's onsite manager for sales, leasing, home warranties, etc. has been appointed to the position of Director on all three of Green Cay Village's Boards.

With Emily Smith Freifeld now on the all three Boards, along with CJ Maier, the Developer's onsite representative, and with the recent appointment of three homeowners to the Boards, the Boards have reached a point where they will be able to function as hands-on boards in the management of the community on a day to day basis.

Green Cay Board of Directors

Green Cay Owner's Association, Inc. or the Master Association

Note: The original representatives, selected by the Developer, may be replaced by a majority of representatives elected by the unit owners three months after 90% of the units have been closed on. However, the Developer is entitled to elect one director as long as he holds 5% of the units.

Green Cay Village Condominium Association

  2. Secretary/Treasurer – Emily Smith Freifeld
  3. Condo Owner Director – Peter Schulz

Note: The original representatives, selected by the Developer, may be replaced by a majority of representatives elected by the unit owners three months after 90% of the units have been closed on or three years after 50% of the units have been closed on (July 2010).  In addition, no less 1/3 of the representatives may be elected by the unit owners after 15% of the units have been closed on and the Developer is entitled to elect one director as long as he holds 5% of the units.
