What this means is that both the townhomes and condo associations will be self governing effective April 1, 2010.
As a part of this process, elections will be held in March by both the townhomes and the condos to elect their board members.
Since the Developer, per statute, is entitled to have a representative on each board, the townhomes and condos will each be electing two homeowner representatives to complete their three member boards.
Turnover for the Master Association, which is responsible for the common areas, is not required per the docs. However, the current two Developer appointed homeowners on the five member board will be replaced by one representative elected by the townhome homeowners and one representative by the condo homeowners.
Details on the turnover as well as a formal request for board candidates for all three boards will be mailed to all homeowners by Castle Management Company.
