- 20/20/20 CLASSES - Great overall workout--20 minutes of cardio/20 minutes of body sculpting/20 minutes of stretching.
- PILATES CLASSES - Focus on the core postural muscles to keep body balanced; supports the spine. Pilate’s exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and strengthen core muscles.
- WATER AEROBICS CLASSES - Exercise in the water to tone and firm the body while working the heart and lungs. Props such as weights and bands will be used.
