|The following letter is being delivered today to the doors of all townhome and condo homeowners. |
To: All Homeowners
Subject: Selection of Property Management Company
Your directors are responsible for reviewing all contracts with our vendors to make sure that we are getting the best service at the best price.
In keeping with this responsibility, we are currently reviewing the contract we have with Castle Management Company. As a part of this process we have interviewed other property management companies and narrowed the choice down to Campbell Property Management and Castle.
Because the property manager is such an important part of our community, we would like your participation in making the decision to either stay with Castle or change to Campbell.
A combined board meeting of all three boards will be held on Tuesday May 4th at 7 pm in the Recreation Room to discuss the pros and cons of staying with Castle vs. changing to Campbell. The meeting will be open to all townhome and condominium homeowners.
In broad terms, staying with Castle has the advantage of continuity of service. All of you know the existing staff and they know us. On the other hand, changing to Campbell would give us the chance to take a fresh look at how our property is being managed and maintained. In addition, there is a modest cost savings in changing to Campbell.
The best way to participate is by attending the board meeting. But if that isn’t practical, we would appreciate hearing your thoughts on this matter and in particular, how satisfied you currently are with the job that Castle is doing in managing and maintaining our community and suggestions for the future.
We have enclosed a simple Survey, we ask that you fill out and return it to us at the Sales Center on Jog Road in the rent drop box.
Or click here to take the Survey onlne.
You can also send your comments to us via email to:
- C. J. Maier, President of the Master Association
- Peter Schultz, President of the Condo Association
- Santo Lantona, President of the Town Home Association
We look forward to your participation in making this important decision.
