To: Townhome Homeowners
Subject: Bushes between driveways
Among the many responsibilities the directors have is to come up with solutions to problems in the community and get the approval from the majority of homeowners to correct these problems. We have heard numerous people complain about the bushes that are currently in place between our driveways.
We have looked at several options --- rocks, mulch and new plantings on how to handle this problem and which will be the least expensive for the homeowners and the association while enhancing the community.
What the association is going to do at NO cost to the homeowner is remove the bushes and put Sod down in place of the bushes. If you do NOT want sod and want to keep your bushes, you must notify the property management office in writing by 05/03/ 10. If the bushes are to be kept, both Neighbors MUST agree; if not, the bushes will be removed.
Please stop by or call the management office should you have any questions.
