|Volunteers are being sought to serve on the following Townhome committees. |
- Budget Committee - Responsible for reviewing budgets, contracts, and contract proposals and recommending action to the Property Manager and the Townhome Board of Directors. Also involved with preparation of next year’s Annual Budget. Recommended dates of meetings: April, August, and November.
- Building & Grounds Committee (ARC, “Architectural Review Committee”) - Responsible for monitoring the appearance of the buildings and grounds and recommending areas requiring compliance action, maintenance, and improvements to the Property Manager and the Townhome Board of Directors. Also, will review homeowner applications for approval to make changes to the property.
- Compliance Committee - This will be an anonymous position, unless there is a hearing needed for repeat violators. Per Florida Statute 720.305, Appointed by the Board, this Committee will make recommendations to the Board regarding the violator and whether they should be sought to be fined or suspended and an opportunity for a hearing before such committee of at least 3 members, who are not Officers, Directors, or Employees of the Association, or the spouse, parent, child, brother, sister of an Officer, Director or Employee. If the committee by majority vote does not approve a proposed fine or suspension, it may not be imposed.
