|The Property Manager and and the Leasing Office are charged with the responsibility of enforcing the community's rules and regulations. |
To do their job they need actionable input from the residents including who, what, when, and where. The more info the better and preferably in writing.
But residents are strongly advised to not take matters into their own hands by confronting people who are breaking the rules.
First because confronting someone can be a very unpleasant experience for both parties and you might even get hurt in the process of confronting someone.
Second because in the process of confronting someone you may end up being a part of the problem in a later he-said she-said review of what happened.
So just report the problem - to the Sheriff if appropriate 561-688-3000, or the Property Manager Email, or the Leasing Office Manager Email - preferably in writing and with lots of details. Then expect them to do their job. My experience is that they will not disappoint .
