9/9/2010 - Townhome Committees Established

The following townhome committees are now in place.
  • Budget Committee - Responsible for reviewing budgets, contracts, and contract proposals and recommending action to the Property Manager and the Townhome Board of Directors.
    • Sal Manuele
    • Gillone Piguet
    • Mike Cook
    • Mariann Latona
  • Building & Grounds Committee - Responsible for monitoring the appearance of the buildings and grounds and recommending areas requiring compliance action, maintenance, and improvements to the Property Manager and the Townhome Board of Directors.

Note: Day-to-day requests by residents for service and the reporting of problems and concerns should be directed to the Property Manager and not the committee members, to insure that they are addressed in a timely manner.
    • Edmund Capitano
    • Marc Carbone
    • Gillone Piguet
    • Robin Cook
  • Unit Owner Committee -  Responsible for conducting hearings in cases where fines are levied by the Board of Directors. If a hearing is requested by the alleged violator in a timely manner, a hearing shall be held in executive session before the Unit Owner Committee to afford the homeowner a reasonable opportunity to be heard, after which the Committee may ratify the fine or, if the Committee does not agree with the fine, it may reduce or eliminate the fine.

Click here for details on Townhome fines regulations, policies, and procedures.

Note: The Unit Owner Committee consists of anonymous non director homeowners, 3 of which are seated at any one meeting.

Thank you for volunteering!
