|The following is the routine maintenance schedule for the condo breezeways, stairs, and hallways. |
- Blow all condo interiors 2x per week - normally on Mondays and Fridays.
- Clean condo breezeway light fixtures - 2 buildings per week.
- Wet clean condo interiors - 2 buildings per week.
Note on wet cleaning: Effective immediately, to avoid water seeping under the condo doors, instead of pressure cleaning, maintenance will hose down and scrub only areas which are dirty.
Also the schedule for wet cleaning has been changed from one building per week to two buildings a week so that now each building will have the floors wet cleaned at least once a month.
Notices of the day the building will be wet cleaned will no longer be distributed or posted as no action by the residents will be required.
