|Your Community Association has just signed a new bulk cable agreement entitling you to receive Comcast's digital video programming along with the use of one (1) standard digital converter and one (1) remote control for Comcast Digital Starter service - all at no additional charge to you.|
Digital Starter service contains the channels included in the Basic, Expanded Basic, and Digital Starter tiers of service. It also includes Comcast's Video On Demand service on Channel 1 containing over 7,000 hours of programming content.
In addition, you will receive two (2) DTA boxes, if needed, for 2nd and 3rd TV sets.

Comcast representatives will be available in the recreation room on the dates and times below to review with each resident how the change in service will effect them and to provide and install for free the necessary converters, remotes, and DTA boxes need to access the new service.

Residents who are unable to attend the above sessions will be able to pickup their converters, remotes, and DTA boxes for self-installation at the Comcast facility in Boca Raton beginning January 26.
Residents who wish to have Comcast deliver and install the converters, remotes, and DTA boxes for them for a fee will be able to schedule the installation by calling Comcast beginning January 26.
A letter to all residents with additional details will be delivered to all doors about two weeks before the scheduled meetings.
