4/22/2011 - Condo Election Results

Elections for two condo board positions and the condo representative to the master association were held on Thursday April 21, 2011.

Since only two candidates, Peter Schulz and William Tolan, submitted their requests to be candidates for the condo board, these two candidates were elected by acclamation.

Elizabeth Guadagno  was elected as the condo voting representative to the master association board.

And with these changes, the new lineup for the the Green Cay Village Boards of Directors is as shown below.

Green Cay Owner's Association, Inc. or the Master Association

  1. President/Treasurer – C. J. Maier - Developer Director
  2. Vice President – Emily Smith Freifeld - Developer Director
  3. Secretary – Greg Marcus - Developer Director
  4. Townhome Voting Representative – Gillone Piguet - Homeowner
  5. Condo Voting Representative – Elizabeth Guadagno - Homeowner
Note: Per the docs, the Owner's Association board consists of three directors appointed by the Developer plus one director elected by the Townhome Association, and one director elected by the Condominium Association.

  1. President –  Santo Latona - Homeowner
  2. Vice President – Donna Manuele - Homeowner
  3. Secretary/Treasurer – C. J. Maier - Developer Director

Note: The Developer is entitled to elect one director as long as he owns 5% of the units.

Green Cay Village Condominium Association

  1. President –  Peter Schulz  - Homeowner
  2. Vice President – William Tolan - Homeowner
  3. Secretary/Treasurer – C. J. Maier - Developer Director

Note: The Developer is entitled to elect one director as long as he holds 5% of the units.
