12/15/2011 - Condos and Townhomes Pressure Washing - Update

The townhome association has contracted for cleaning the townhome patios so there will be no need for the individual owners to separately schedule or pay or this service.

Previously on 11/9/2011

Portions of the condos and townhomes are scheduled to be pressure washed during November and December.

Condos - The North side walls, and all of the lower roofs and patios are scheduled to be pressure washed before Thanksgiving.

The contractor David Evans, will move the patio furniture onto the sidewalk or lawn during the pressure washing. Resident's who wish to further protect their patio furniture should move it into their units.

Why the North side walls only? Because that's the side that has the algae and fungus growing on it and thus the only side that needs pressure washing at this time.

Notices will be hand delivered to the condos a day or two before the pressure washing is to begin.

Townhomes - The sidewalks, driveways, curbs, gutters and roofs are scheduled to be pressure washed the week of December 12th.       .
