|A meeting by the Condominium Board of Directors to consider revising the rules and regulations will be on held on Monday, May 7, 2012 at 7:00 pm in the recreation room. |
All condo unit owners are welcome to attend this meeting of the Board of Directors.
Agenda: Consider the following amendment to Section 1 - OCCUPANCY of Schedule “RR” to the By-laws
stricken are deletions; words underlined are additions to the existing rule.
Owners are required to provide to the Association, the Owner's current mailing address, together with the names and contact phone numbers of those residing in the Unit, a copy of the lease, and copies of the criminal background checks, prior to the lease holders move-in date. Activation of amenities
including and access clickers will not commence until this information is provided.
In the event that an owner does not comply with the above requirements prior to the lease holders move-in date, a letter will be hand delivered to the unit and mailed to the owner, giving the owner fourteen (14) calendar days to comply or the amenities and access clickers will be deactivated until the owner does comply.
Note: While the final decision rests with the Board of Directors, your comments and/or questions will be taken into consideration.
Update 1 - Outcome
The meeting took place as scheduled and the board voted to approve the amendment. The effective date of the amendment will be May 31, 2012 and per statute, a letter will be mailed to all unit owners notifying them of the change in the rules and regulations.
