4/12/2012 - Radon Letter #2 to Condo Homeowners

The following letter was mailed to all condo homeowners on April 12, 2012.

To: Green Cay Village Condominium Homeowners
Subject: Radon Letter #2
 
At the meeting held on Wednesday March 28th at 5:30 PM at the clubhouse, some homeowners expressed interest in ordering positive pressure remediation systems from Radon Mitigation Services, the company that will be installing the remediation systems for the Willow Trading units.
 
That said, this letter is in response to the request for more information on ordering.
 
1. The total price for the installation varies by the type of unit with the price being $1,100.00 for the two bedroom Royal Poinciana units and $1,600.00 for the Laurel Oak and Grand Cypress units.
 
Note: These special prices are approximately half of what it would cost if homeowners were to buy similar systems one at a time.
 
2. The terms are 50% down at the time of order with the balance due upon completion.
 
3. The time period for ordering at these special prices is from now until May 18, 2012.
 
4. You can place your order by calling Radon Mitigation Services Toll Free 1-800-344-3746 and mentioning that you are ordering the Green Cay Village special Radon offer.
