While the details will not be available until the Fall budget Meetings sometime in November of this year, per the 2012 budget letters for the townhomes and condos, the approximate increase in monthly payments for 2013 only will be as shown in the table below.

Note: The clubhouse and the apartments will probably be painted at the same time, but this will not effect the townhomes or condos finances because reserves have been set aside for the clubhouse and the painting of the apartments will be paid for by the apartments owner.
