12/12/2012 - 2013 Budget Meetings Scheduled - Update 2

The 2013 budget meetings will be held in the recreation room on Tuesday December 11, 2012 at the following times.
  • 5:30 – 6:15 - Townhomes
  • 6:30 – 7:30 - Master
  • 7:45 – 8:30 - Condos

Detailed budget information packages will be mailed to all home owners at least 14 days prior to the meeting and will also be posted on the web site at that time.

All homeowner's are invited to attend these meetings.

Update 1 - Detailed budget information packages were mailed to all townhome and condo unit owners on 11/21/2012 and copies are available online here for the master, townhome, and condo associations.

Update 2 - The 2013 budgets were approved at the meeting as presented in the information packages that were sent to the homeowners with the master including reserves in its budget and the townhomes and condos voting not to include reserves.

For the townhomes the base monthly assessment in 2013 will increase from $265.00/month to $278.00/month. In addition there will be a special assessment to pay for the painting of the outsides of the buildings in 2013/2014 of $41.67/month in 2013 and the first six months of 2014.

For the condos the base monthly assessment in 2013  and 2014 will increase by $20.00 to $26.00, depending on the unit type as shown in the table below, to pay for the painting of the outsides of the buildings in 2013/2014.
