Clearly these are not the numbers one would expect in a traditional residential community and there is no way I can think of to spin this into a good story for those who originally bought here in 2007 and 2008. For them (us/me) it has been a financial disaster.
As for actually living here, the community continues to be a safe, clean, well maintained, and affordable place to live and that's where I think we need to be putting all of our effort to make sure it stays that way.
