8/20/2014 - Condo Board Approves Amendment #4

The following amendments to the condo rules and regulations were approved today by the condo board of directors.

1. Section 1 – OCCUPANCY of Schedule “RR” to the By-laws is hereby amended to replace the following:

Owners that lease their units are required to provide to the Association, the Owner's current mailing address, together with the names and contact phone numbers of those residing in the Unit, a copy of the lease, and copies of the criminal background checks for all occupants over 18 years of age, prior to the lease holders move-in date.

with:

Owners that lease their units are required to provide to the Association, the Owner's current mailing address, a copy of the lease which includes the names, birth dates, and contact phone numbers of those residing in the Unit, and copies of the criminal background checks for all occupants over 18 years of age, prior to the lease holders move-in date.

2. Section 2 - USE of Schedule “RR” to the By-laws is hereby amended to include the following:

i) The bike racks in the condo parking lot may be used by condo residents and their guests for bikes that are in good working order. Bikes that are not in useable condition e.g. flat tires, unrideable seats, heavily rusted chains etc. will be tagged for seven days and removed, if not repaired by then, and put in lost and found for 30 days, and if not claimed, disposed of by the Property Manager.

3. Section 3. PETS of Schedule “RR” to the By-laws is hereby amended to include the following:

In addition, proof of County licensing and rabies vaccination is required for all dogs and cats 6 months of age and older and is to be provided to the Property Manager within 10 days of receipt of a written request.
