9/16/2014 - Condo Request for Proof of Pet Licensing

The following letter has been mailed to all condo residents with copies to their landlords, if any, requesting proof of pet licensing.

Date: September 16, 2014

Dear Condo Resident,

Per our rules & regulations “Proof of County licensing and rabies vaccination is required for all dogs and cats 6 months of age and older and is to be provided to the Property Manager within 10 days of receipt of a written request.”

That said, please provide copies of the current Palm Beach County license data for all of your dogs and all of your cats that go outdoors, including the pet’s name, tag number, and rabies vaccination date to the Property Manager within 10 days of receipt of this letter.

Please note that residents with dogs or cats who fail to comply with this request will be subject to being fined by the association without further notice.
