|Per the condo rules and regulations, decorations on the outside of the condo units are not allowed. |
4. (b) A Unit Owner shall not cause anything to be affixed or attached to, hung, displayed or placed on the exterior walls, doors, balconies, terraces, storm shutters, or windows of a Building, Common Elements, Condominium Property, or a Unit, except with the prior written consent of the Association, and farther, if and when approved, subject to the conditions designated and adopted by the Association and Architectural Control Board ("ACB").
And while we all enjoy the Holidays, please note that in approving an ACB for Holiday Decorations we need to make sure that they do not interfere with safety or maintaining our common areas.
That said, the following exceptions will be allowed. A holiday wreath on the door. And holiday decorations on the inside of a unit's windows as long as they are traditional holiday decorations. But again, no decorations are allowed on the outsides of the buildings e.g. holiday lights strung on the building or wrapped around the patio columns or draped on the bushes.
