6/17/2016 - Access Control of Condos and Apartments

Vehicle entry to both the condos and the apartments requires the use of an assigned clicker or use of the call box.

Vehicle entrance by any other means is a violation of site rules and regulations and may also be a violation of Palm Beach County Statutes, since both properties are registered as private property with the Palm Beach County Sherriff's Office.

That said, if you are the owner or tenant of a unit in the condos or the apartments, you can get a clicker and/or your name in the call box directory as follows.

Clickers- Clickers may be purchased for $65 and proof of your ID at the Property Manager's Office for condo owners and tenants and the Palm Park Rental Office for apartments tenants.

Call Box - You can have your name and telephone number put in the call box directory for free, with proof of ID, at the Property Manager's Office for condo owners and tenants and the Palm Park Rental Office for apartments tenants.

Note: Being in the call box directory allows you to let guests in when they are at the call box and you can let yourself in with your cell phone by going to the call box and selecting your name on the call box.
