• To have an item listed, use the form below. Be sure to include information on how and when you can be contacted.
   
• Use of your name and email address is optional. However, if you provide it for my use, I will not include it in your listing, thus protecting your privacy.
   
• I reserve the right to edit, categorize, revise, or refuse any classified advertisement. In addition, I reserve the right to terminate any ad at any time for any reason.
   
• Parties posting ads are responsible for the accuracy and content of their ads. I will not be held liable for any damages of any kind relating to any ad.
   
• No commercial solicitation is allowed. These classifieds are provided for the sale of residents used personal items and residents services only.
   
• By posting any personal information on this site you are doing so with the knowledge that anyone can access and use the information. You are posting at your own risk.
   
• To have your item changed or removed from the list, send an email to the Editor.
