Dryer Vent CleaningAccording to the US Fire Administration there are 15,600 dryer fires annually and failure to clean the dryer vents is cited as the number one reason - Underwriter Laboratories and the Consumer Product Safety Commission recommend cleaning the dryer vent once a year.
