11/30/2011 - Budget Meeting Set for 12/14/2011 |
The 2012 budget meetings will be held in the recreation room on Wednesday December 14, 2011 at the following times.
Detailed budget information packages were mailed to all townhome and condo unit owners on 11/30/2011 and copies are available online here for the master, townhome, and condo associations. As far as any increases in townhome and condo association fees for 2012, the townhome fees will increase less than 1% while the condo fees will increase less than 3% - the first increase for the condos in five years. All homeowner's are invited to attend these meetings. |
