Note: Per the docs, the Owner's Association board consists of three directors appointed by the Apartment Parcel Owner plus one director elected by the Townhome Association, and one director elected by the Condominium Association.

Note 1: The Townhome Association transitioned from Developer control to homeowner control on March 31, 2010.

Note 2: The Developer is entitled to elect one director as long as he owns 5% of the units.
