About - Governance

Green Cay Owner's Association, Inc. or the Master Association

Responsible for management of the common property with representatives elected by the voting representatives as follows.

  • One Townhouse Parcel Voting Representative selected by the Townhouse Sub-Association a.k.a. Green Cay Village Townhome Association
     
  • One Condominium Parcel Voting Representative selected by the Condominium Sub-Association a.k.a. Green Cay Village Condominium Association
     
  • Three Apartment Parcel Representatives selected by the Apartment Parcel Owner
     

Note: The original representatives, selected by the Developer, may be replaced by elected representatives when the majority of the Townhome and Condominium Association Boards are elected by their respective unit owners.

Green Cay Village Townhome Association

Responsible for the management of the townhome property with representatives elected by the townhome owners.

Note: The original representatives, selected by the Developer, may be replaced by a majority of representatives elected by the unit owners three months after 90% of the units have been closed on. However, the Developer is entitled to elect one director as long as he holds 5% of the units.

Green Cay Village Condominium Association

Responsible for the management of the condominium property with representatives elected by the condominium owners.

Note: The original representatives, selected by the Developer, may be replaced by a majority of representatives elected by the unit owners three months after 90% of the units have been closed on or three years after 50% of the units have been closed on.  In addition, no less 1/3 of the representatives may be elected by the unit owners after 15% of the units have been closed on and the Developer is entitled to elect one director as long as he holds 5% of the units.
