Green Cay Owner's Association, Inc. or the Master Association

Responsible for management of the common property with five representatives elected by the voting representatives as follows.

  • Three Apartment Parcel Representatives selected by the Apartment Parcel Owner
     
  • One Townhome Parcel Voting Representative selected by the Townhouse Sub-Association a.k.a. Green Cay Village Townhome Association
     
  • One Condominium Parcel Voting Representative selected by the Condominium Sub-Association a.k.a. Green Cay Village Condominium Association

Green Cay Village Townhome Association

Responsible for the management of the townhome property with three representatives elected by the townhome owners.

Note: The Developer is entitled to elect one director as long as he owns 5% of the units.

Responsible for the management of the condominium property with three representatives elected by the condominium owners.

Note: The Developer is entitled to elect one director as long as he holds 5% of the units.

Green Cay Village Apartments a.k.a. Palm Park Apartments

The apartments are separately owned and operated. But they are a part of the community in that they are legally defined and included in the Master Association Declaration of Protective Covenants. As such they share in the use and the expenses for the common property and are required to maintain their property in a manner consistent with community standards.
