This web site is hosted by1&1.com on a Microsoft server platform that includes support for Access databases, and Active Server Pages (ASP).

• Microsoft FrontPage is used to author and publish the site as an aid in maintaining the integrity of the site. However, the site does not use server side FrontPage extensions, as support for these extensions is being phased out by Microsoft.
   
• Microsoft Access databases are used to permit content to be added via a standard web browser interface and then displayed on pages that are created on the fly using ASP, a server-side scripting technology that provides the ability to combine HTML, scripting, and database content to create and run dynamic content.
   
• Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and embedded CSS classes are used to provide a uniform look and feel for all site pages.
