Donna Labombarda - Customer Care Representative

Donna Labombarda was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and moved to New Jersey when she was 16 years old. She graduated from Mercer County Community College with a degree in Telecommunications. She worked in the television industry as a Producer/Director in New Jersey for 8 years before moving to Florida in 1993, when she was hired by WLRN Public Radio and Television as the On-Air Fundraising Producer.

After deciding to change career paths, Donna was hired in 2002 by CMC Group as Customer Service Associate for the Porto Vita North Tower in Aventura. She developed excellent relations with incoming homeowners through personal one-on-one contact, clear communication and friendly demeanor.

Three years later, she accepted a position as the Director of Customer Service for Coastal Construction Group, where she managed the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Warranty Department, which included prioritizing and fielding complaints of incoming warranty issues from homeowners.

Donna's latest employment was with O-sco Construction Corporation as a Contract Administrator/Customer Service Associate providing administrative support in both the Facility and Construction Departments.
