Fitness Center Rules

In an effort to ensure that all residents are able to enjoy the community fitness center, it is required that everyone adhere to the "fitness center rules" signs posted in the fitness center.

• Residents and their guests only
• No one under 16 years old is allowed in the fitness center
• No alcohol, food or beverages allowed in the fitness room
• No glass in the fitness room
• All equipment used must be wiped down after each use
• Equipment to only be used as intended as per diagram on machine
• Shirts and Athletic footwear required. No wet bathing suits
• Use of radio's, or other audio/video devices w/o personal headphones is prohibited
• This room is video monitored and recorded 24 hours a day
• Use equipment at your own risk
• Management assumes no liability for personal injuries or accidents that may occur
• Management reserves the right to refuse anyone the use of the facilities.

If a resident has an issue with a guest or another resident in the fitness center, they should go into the clubhouse and inform someone of what is happening. It is the clubhouse staff's responsibility, whether the Property Management Staff or the Leasing Office Staff, to speak to anyone who is not obeying the rules. If no one is available in either office, document the problem, with specifics, to the Property Manager in the case of townhome and condo owners and the Leasing Office management in the case of renters.

As for cleaning, the fitness center is cleaned daily by housekeeping five days a week, but not on weekends. And it's spot checked daily by Property Management five days a week. That said, if you find the fitness center is not clean, you should document the problem, with specifics, to the Property Manager in the case of townhome and condo owners and the Leasing Office management in the case of renters.
