Grill Area Rules
In an effort to ensure that all residents are able to enjoy the community grill area, it is required that everyone adhere to the "grill area rules" signs posted in the grill area.
- Residents and their guests only
- Only person's 18 yrs. of age and older can use the grills
- No Alcohol
- No Glass
- Use of radio's, or other audio/video devices w/o personal headphones is prohibited
- Grill must be attended at all times
- Water must be available at all times to extinguish uncontrolled flames
- Douse charcoal with water to ensure fire is completely extinguished before leaving the area
- Clean up after use
If a resident has an issue with a guest or another resident in the grill area, they should go into the clubhouse and inform someone of what is happening. It is the clubhouse staff's responsibility, whether the Property Management Staff or the Leasing Office Staff, to speak to anyone who is not obeying the rules. If no one is available in either office, document the problem, with specifics, to the Property Manager in the case of townhome and condo owners and the Leasing Office management in the case of renters.
Grill Area Reservations
Reservations are required to use the grills.
- Either one or both Grills may be reserved for a three hour time slot by an adult resident by bringing a completed Barbeque Grill Agreement and a deposit of $25.00 per grill to the Management Company Offices during normal business hours.
- Last minute bookings with the Management Company during normal business hours, or with the pool monitor on weekends are allowed. No deposit is required for use the grill on the weekend, if there is no prior reservation. However a completed Barbeque Grill Agreement is required.
- The key(s) must be signed out from the Management Company during normal business hours or with the pool monitor on weekends .
- A 24 hour cancellation notice prior to the reserved date is required to receive a deposit refund. This is to ensure that residents do not reserve the grills and then do not show up to use them, preventing them from being used because they are reserved.
- Homeowners making reservations may not be delinquent by more than 60 days on their HOA fees. Renters may also not be delinquent.
Copies of the Barbeque Grill Agreement form can be obtained at the Management Company Offices during normal business hours, from the pool monitor on weekends, or online at forms.greencayvillagenews.com |
