Security - Night Patrol - Responsibilities and Phone Number
Green Cay Village has contracted with Interstate Security to Patrol Green Cay Village with two shifts i.e. 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM and 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, seven days a week. You will see them driving around Green Cay Village in an electric cart with a flashing light and walking through the buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol the property and be a visible presence to deter unlawful activities.
- Report unlawful or suspicious activity immediately to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
- Report violations of community rules to the Property Manager.
For example report; license tags of speeding cars, cars that tailgate through the security gates, unregistered cars in the apartment’s parking lot, illegally parked cars on Old Farm Trail, and noisy parties and other disturbances to the peace.

- Residents can contact the security patrol by calling 561-317-2866 from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
Please remember that the patrol guard is not a law enforcement officer. So if you see unlawful or suspicious activity, dial 911 for emergencies and 561-688-3400 for non emergencies. And if in doubt, dial 911.
