If a resident has an issue with a guest or another resident in the pool area, they should go into the clubhouse and inform someone of what is happening. It is the clubhouse staff's responsibility, whether the Property Management Staff or the Leasing Office Staff, to speak to anyone who is not obeying the rules. If no one is available in either office, document the problem, with specifics, to the Property Manager in the case of townhome and condo owners and the Leasing Office management in the case of renters.
