Randy formed Housing Trust Group in 1999. Housing Trust Group is active in all facets of real estate building and development including, but not limited to, luxury multi-family rental communities, affordable multi-family rentals, multi-family student housing communities, commercial developments and multi-family housing sales. The company has developed, acquired, owned and managed several thousand units throughout the southeastern United States.

Prior to forming Housing Trust Group, Randy was associated, in various executive positions, lastly as the sole Managing Agent and Managing General Partner of Royal Palm Beach Colony, L.P. The company was a large publicly held real estate development company listed on the American Stock Exchange and was actively involved in the development of numerous large-scale communities.

Randy is the co-founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Housing Trust Group of Florida, L.L.C., a multi-faceted real estate development company that develops, owns, and manages properties throughout the southeastern United States. The company is headquartered in Coconut Grove, Florida. He is also a principal and co-founder of Carmel Investment Group, which converts apartment communities to condominiums throughout the State of Florida. He is also a partner in HTG Advisors, LLC, which provides various advisory services to brokers, attorneys, lenders, receivers and owners for under-performing properties and loans.
