Recreation Room Rules

In an effort to ensure that all residents are able to enjoy the community recreation room, it is required that everyone adhere to the "recreation room rules" signs posted in the recreation room.

Note: These rules apply when the recreation room is not reserved. When the room is reserved, the rules are as defined in the document Request Use of Recreation Room.

• Residents and their guests only
• Person's under 16 yrs. of age must be accompanied by adult
• No Alcohol
• No glass in recreation room
• Use of radio's or other audio/video devices w/o personal headphones is prohibited
• Clean up after use of recreation room
• This room is video monitored and recorded 24 hours a day
• Use recreation room at your own risk.
• Management assumes no liability for personal injuries, items or accidents that may occur

If a resident has an issue with a guest or another resident in the recreation room, they should go into the clubhouse and inform someone of what is happening. It is the clubhouse staff's responsibility, whether the Property Management Staff or the Leasing Office Staff, to speak to anyone who is not obeying the rules. If no one is available in either office, document the problem, with specifics, to the Property Manager in the case of townhome and condo owners and the Leasing Office management in the case of renters.
