The Role of the Property Manager

Campbell Property Management is responsible for providing property management services for the townhomes and condos.

• If you live in a townhome or condo and you have an issue regarding  landscaping, irrigation, parking, breezeway cleaning,  resident complaints, etc. you should direct those issues to the Property Manager.
   
• If you wish to make a change to the exterior of your townhome or condo, for example install a satellite dish etc. you need to submit an Architectural Request Form and receive written approval from the Property Manager before making any changes.

Campbell Property Management  is also responsible for providing property management services for the common areas shared by all residents of Green Cay Village e.g. the clubhouse, pool, and fitness center.
