Surveillance Cameras

Seven surveillance cameras are installed at strategic locations in the community including two at the pool and one in the fitness center.

The purpose of the cameras is to improve the security and quality of life of all residents.

Success Stories

08/11/2008 - A van went in the condo exit gate while the gate was closing from an outbound car and broke the arm off. David, the Property Manager, called the business owner of the van and told him what his driver had done. The owner informed David that the driver will not be working for him anymore and thanked him for the call. These cameras really rock!
