Application for Purchase

An Application for Purchase or Transfer Application is not required by either the Townhome Association or the Condo Association in the sale of a home.

Stated another way, neither association is involved in approving the sale.

However, all purchasers of homes are required by their deed to belong the the Townhome or Condo Association and to pay the assessments and adhere to the requirements set forth in the association's governing documents.
